With regularly scheduled visits, we know how to recognize potential challenges or conditions within the home. We work with you to create and promote an action plan that deals with these challenges and conditions before they become true issues.

Q. We live in a guarded, gated community. How can we benefit from your services? 

A. The security and comfort of living in a guarded and gated community has become the norm for many of our clients. However, our services go beyond security alone. Our regular visits provide added value when we inspect the exterior of the property as well as the interior floors, walls and components of your home on a revolving and regular schedule. Additionally, you may have specific, non-security related needs that you would like to have taken care of regularly. With our concierge services, we can flexibly meet these needs.

Q. How will we know the status of our home? 

A. We focus on strong communication in order to provide status updates for our clients. After each visit to a client's home, we update through email. If any challenges arise, we call and/or email the client as well as send pictures of the condition. These communication methods allow our clients to evaluate the conditions and make sound, strong decisions concerning their homes.
